Moderate ruby-black with good transparency, lighter on edge. The nose is softly full and youthful, sweet fragrance of blossoms entwined with strawberries, red cherries and white pepper. Medium-light bodied, nuances of strawberries, red cherries have a sweet core, interweave floral and white pepper. The palate is pretty and bright with ripened, sweet berries nuances adorn by peppery element; supple, dusty tannin lightly coasted the palate, delicate and smooth flowing. Integrated acidity is lively, gently unveil forest floor scent and linger to a refined, long finish. This delicate expression of Pinot Noir features sweet red fruit and pepper on a silky, elegant palate. Match with seared tuna and venison carpaccio over the next 4-5 years.
