Medium-bodied, bone-dry to taste, aromas of clementine, yuzu and its zest linger with white spice and lime flower. The fruit has a ripe core, showing intensity and concentration, adorns by subtle white spice on the closing. The palate is zesty and crisp; vibrant acidity carries stony minerals to a lingering finish. This is a zesty Riesling with bright citrus flavours and a stony mineral drive. Match with steamed clams and beer-battered blue cod over the next 5+ years.
