TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERING

 

• All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST.

• Website orders can be shipped to a NZ address only.

 

PAYMENT GATEWAY

Currently we accept Bank Deposit or Cheque. If you would like to discuss opening a Trade Account, please contact us here.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

• Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the next Monday, due to the weekend.

• All non-deliveries must be notified to River-T Estate within 72 hours of dispatch from River-T Estate.

REFUND & DISPUTES RESOLUTION

At River-T Estate our goal is to provide you superior service and quality wines. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide Karen with such details as product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will be glad to replace or exchange the item, or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.

Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund.

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you.
