Harvested by hand on April 24th this delicious Pinot Gris has powerful aromas of red apple, nectarine and sweet ginger. This wine has a rich palate, very fruity and textural. Long lasting flavours.

Ramond Chan – 18+/20
Brilliant straw-yellow colour with some depth, lighter on the rim. This has an elegantly presented nose with well concentrated aromas of white and yellow stonefruits along with subtle layers of florals with nuances of honeysuckle and minerals. This has finesse and clarity. Medium-dry to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate possesses refreshing white and yellow stonefruit flavours along with subtle notes of florals and honey, and suggestions of nuts and minerals. The palate has a rounded mouthfeel with a firm core, and the wine carries along a fine-textured line with integrated acidity, leading to a restrained finish of stonefruits and florals. This is an elegantly concentrated medium-dry Pinot Gris with stonefruit and floral flavours and hints of honey on a balanced, integrated palate. Match with most white meat dishes and Middle Eastern cuisine over the next 4 years.
